Energy performance
certificates (EPC's) are a legally required document when Renting or Selling a
property.
The EPC shows the
energy efficiency of the property using an energy rating
scale ‘A to G’ with ‘A’ being the most efficient.
The new report introduces you to the Green deal the government have introduced in an effort to reduce the UKs carbon footprint.
The report gives
potential figures that your home could achieve and recommendations that could
do to help reduce the amount of energy you use and possible cost savings
per year if they are carried out.
The report also highlights which improvements to the property may be funded through the Green Deal.
